Note: if you use eCheck, the downloads will be released once the payment has cleared. On eChecks this can take 3-5 days.

Due to the digital nature of downloadable products, and perpetual loss of creative property once the buyer receives the files, cancellations or exchanges will NOT be given for instant download products.

I however will accept cancellation on services (such as customization & editing) as long as I have not yet started to work on the project.

When it comes to printing your document, BohoPixels is not responsible for any printing errors, so please double-check the sizing, colors, bleed lines, etc.
