For domestic orders: if your order is marked as "delivered" we can remake your order with a replacement fee. Please note that some packages may require signature confirmation, so please contact your postal service to ensure that they are not holding the package.

For international orders: we are required 45 days to file insurance claims for international shipments due to custom checks. Please let us know if you see that custom is holding your package longer than one month. Any claims must be made within 90 days of the original shipment date.

All layaway orders are subject to the following:

Store certificates are available for free upon request.
3rd party certificate from a gemological lab is available as well and buyer pays for the cost. Please contact us for it.
Buyer will also be able to get the certificates on their own as well once receive the item from us.

USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 Business days
USPS Priority Express : 1-2 Business days

If you need the item soon and chose First class, we cannot be responsible for any delays with USPS. Please choose faster shipping when you need the item soon.
USPS sometimes get delayed regardless it's First class, Priority or Priority Express, so please contact us and consider using other than USPS like FedEx if you need the item soon.
We are NOT responsible when item gets delayed by the carrier.

USPS First Class international : 2 weeks - 6 weeks
- Can take several weeks at customs
- NOT trackable once package leaves the USA
- NON insured

FedEx is more expensive than USPS but it's recommended if wish to get the item faster and safer.
USPS takes much longer at the Customs.

We are NOT responsible for any delays with USPS or Customs.
Please consult with us and consider using other than USPS when you need the item in one month and items worth over $400 USD.

Buyer must contact CUSTOM for CURRENT import tax and any fees for importing jewelry made with gold or diamonds or gemstones buyers is purchasing from the USA.
If items get returned without consulting with us, any fees that charged to us will be buyers' responsibility.

Please use good box or PADDED envelop to protect the item.
If item gets damaged in transit, buyer is responsible for lost in value.
Jewelry box has to come with the item. If it does not come with the item or if it's damaged it will be deducted from the refund amount.
When shipping back anything with chain, please put it like the way it was shipped to you so it doesn't get tangled.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.
Refund will be issued without the shipping fee that was paid to ship the item.

All La Boutique By Julia's jewelry is carefully handmade in our Los Angeles Studio. Since each pieces are made to order, please allow us 2 weeks (excluding weekends and holidays) before we ship your order.
