Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details

It is up to the buyer to pay any fees on returning items to the shop. Please contact before shipping back so we can look for the item in the mail. We are not responsible if the item being returned gets lost in the mail. No refunds or exchanges will not be given for items lost in the mail.

Please contact us if there are any issues with the item you receive and we will work with you to remedy the situation as best as possible. If an item arrives damaged or broken, please provide a picture of the package and the item. Many pieces are unique and depending on damage may not be replaceable.

Shipping policies

Items will be shipped via USPS and will be sent out based on the time frame listed on the item you order, as our shop is a collaboration of two artists. If you need your items earlier, please contact us and we will let you know if it is possible to ship your order sooner. Also be sure to confirm the address you are shipping to is correct before placing your order. Especially if you are shipping to a different location than your own for a gift purchase.
