Changes - As my items are made to order they are customisable so changes to size/colours can be made within 2 days

Cancellations - Under the current processing schedule customers MUST give 2 days notice for cancellations before supplies are ordered/prepared in advance for item completion and shipment when due.
After the 2 day cancellation window, cancel requests will NOT be accepted and will be subject to my after shipment policy. Customers are responsible for acknowledging the listing titles/descriptions and my policies before ordering.

Rush processing is available to ALL orders either on it's own or with a shipping upgrade which can be selected from the shipping menu during checkout. This service is to make your items sooner than the original processing time stated in store.

Rush processed orders due to my current work are currently 1-2 business days before shipping (possibly longer for 2+ items)

Please note that it is recommended to use rush processing if my order queue is too long and you need you items made sooner. This service does not speed up delivery.

I do offer Tracked options via the shipping menu in the shopping cart before you purchase. These MUST be selected before you order otherwise you will have standard shipping for your order.

Babies and children come in all shapes and sizes as we all do! I prefer to work with measurements for this reason so just get in touch if you need to discuss sizing further. Please note that prices are determined by the hat size.

During peak periods and holiday seasons the processing schedule may be longer than estimated due to increased quantities of orders and message volume. I always work as swiftly as I can to try and get everyone's orders out asap.

Please be aware that if an order hasn't been marked as shipped and a shipment notification hasn't been received, your order is NOT ready to ship just yet. I cannot offer status updates due to an increased workload during these periods where completing orders takes a priority.

Messages are usually answered in a couple of hours, however during busy periods it may take up to 48 hours to reach and answer messages.

Please be aware that although I am doing my best to ship items on schedule, delivery services all over the world are reporting delays which means that the estimated standard delivery schedules are currently uncertain.

I normally base my store’s stated delivery estimate on what the postal providers include on their own websites/incident pages, so I would advise all customers to please be patient given the current circumstances and offer my apologies for this uncertainty and for any transit delays experienced.
