What a New Look beauty! To collectors and sewers alike, Spadea patterns are known for their gorgeous designs and Spadea 1089 is no exception. From the American Designer series, the 1950s dress pattern by Alan Graham features seam shaping throughout the bodice that extends into the very full, multi-gore skirt, accented by contrast cuffs, collar and dickey at the neckline and elbow-length sleeves to create a perfectly 1950s New Look classic!

Printed in 1951, the mailing envelope has foxing, tearing and side splits, but the pre-cut, unprinted pattern is complete, including complete dressmaking instructions (the sheet has some crease tearing and pencil writing). Measurements are given as:

Bust: 38"
Waist: 32"
Hip: 41"
Finished length: 50 1/2"
Lower edge width: 136"

Combining exquisite 1950s detailing with a wearable size for the modern lady, Spadea 1089 is a must-have for any lover of New Look style or vintage sewing patterns!
