Custom and personalized orders

Just send us a message and we will do everything we can to create your idea! Once approved, we will set up a “custom order” just for you. Once we agree to do the work, please make sure to send the highest resolution image file you have.

Decal size is measured by width x height of the total design / name /word. Names like Julia will appear smaller than names like Madi, because of the drop-down letters, so choose the size accordingly. Also the font style you choose also may have swirls which affect the overall size. Message me if you wish to have a proof sent before placing your order.

Before applying your decal it is important to clean the area well then wipe it with rubbing alcohol to clear any residue left behind. Allow the alcohol to fully dry and clear any vapors before applying decal. Only use rubbing alcohol or the decal may not adhere to the object. IMPORTANT Never install a decal on surfaces that have been newly painted until a minimum of 30 days but up to 90 days. Although paint may be dry, it will still emit vapors for up to 90 days. This may prevent the decal from adhering to the surface as it should. Read manufacturer's label for your paint's cure time. It is recommended you hand-wash as opposed to using the dishwasher.

Make sure to leave the initials in the exact order you would like them to appear. Typically monograms are in the following order: FIRST (INITIAL) LAST (INITIAL) MIDDLE (INITIAL)

If you receive an item that has been damaged MUST be reported to D.A. Designs Ink within TWO (2) DAYS of receiving the item along with PHOTOS showing the actual damage to the package and decals. This is the only way to obtain reimbursement from the postal service. If your item contains any mistakes; D.A. Designs, LLC will only remake those areas which contain an error free of charge IF the mistakes are due to our negligence. If the mistake was on your part you will be required to pay postage & possibly for a new decal or portion of a decal. In either situation we will process your corrected product and get it back out to you immediately upon request and/or receipt of payment.

There are no refunds on orders unless it’s our mistake so remember to double-check your order before sending it.

Can you get different fonts / letter styles?

If you prefer a different font aside from the selection we offer please message us with the name of that font and we can work with you to get what you would like. We are here to help.

What font should I choose?

Please keep in mind that fonts with very thin lines may not last as long as fonts with thicker lines, so choose a font based on your expected use. If it's something that will need to be washed regularly it is advised not to choose fine lined fonts.

Changes & Cancellations

We will begin work on your order within one hour of receiving it, therefore it is very important that you double-check your spelling, font and color choices before placing your order. If you find you have made a mistake after you’ve submitted your order you must get back with us within 24 hours. If it is after that time and we have already began cutting it you may be required to pay an additional fee depending on where we are on your order and what the change is. Otherwise the item will be sent as you originally requested and no refunds will be issued for such errors.

What size decal should I order?

You will want your decal to have at least 1" inch clearance on each side of the decal in order for it to have a nice appearance. If your window is 28" inches wide then you'll want to order a 26" x whatever length. If you prefer more space around the outer edge then order even smaller. Sizes options are Width (first) x Height (second) in each listing. We can customize any of our designs. Simply message us and we'll setup a custom size in the specific listing you are wanting or we'll create a new custom listing. It's important that you let us know the size of your board, mirror, window, etc. This way we can assist in selecting the correct size needed for the best appearance.

This elegant, wedding welcome sign DECAL or SINGLE-USE STENCIL is the perfect item to display at the entrance to your special day greeting and warmly welcoming your guests. *INTERNATIONAL stencil purchases - When ordering stencils for international shipping you MUST choose the INT'L STENCIL option. The reason being that shipping costs for some stencil sizes is higher because the stencil weighs more than twice what a decal weighs. Also, please note, that your stencil may be split in order to lower the weight and fit it into a shorter tube.

*INTERNATIONAL decal purchases - For decals larger than 20" (for the widest side) your decal may need to be split in order to fit into a shorter tube to reduce the weight. We will not split it if the total weight is 8oz or under.

For this listing we use both Oracal 651 (Shiny finish exterior) and Oracal 631 (Matte finish Interior). Your choice.
Stencils are made from Oramask Single-Use Stencil vinyl.

Our decals and stencils are removable but not reusable.

Our decals currently have a 3 to 5 business day production lead time. Please contact us for expedited services.
