If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact me! Once an order has been shipped, I cannot cancel it! Instead, you will have to make a return so that I can refund the cost of the item + shipping. This is only if you contact me stating you need to cancel before your item has arrived!

Returns and exchange details
Please note: Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received!
DIGITAL ITEMS - As digital items are available instantly for download, I cannot offer a refund. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please message me! I'll do what I can to make it better.
❤ In the case of damage upon arrival to the buyer, please take a picture of both the damaged item and packaging and send them to me ASAP! Please keep both the damaged item and packaging until I message you that the insurance claim has been approved. From there I'll be able to refund both the cost of the item and the shipping. You will not need to return the damaged item(s) to me.
In similar spirit, if your package is lost in transit and/or cannot be located, you can receive a refund once I've sorted it out with the post! Just please remember to wait an adequate amount of time before contacting me - sometimes packages like to take the scenic route!
❤ CLEARANCE ITEMS - NO refunds will be given for items found in the "Clearance" section of my shop. Clearance means that these items are being cleared out, typically to make way for newer and more exciting items. These are final sale items and no refunds will be given unless the shipment is lost/damaged in transit. Thanks for your understanding! ^^
