Description
This is a vintage, bone china open sugar bowl by Shelley in the Rose Pansy Forget me Nots pattern and dates to the 1940's Design No. 13424
The bowl is in the Dainty shape and has floral vignettes throughout. The bowl has a pale blue trim of the rim.
The bowl is fully backstamped on the base, the actual printed mark is shown in photo 6 above.
Size:
2 3/8" (6.1cm) height
4 1/8" (10.5cm) maximum top rim diameter approx
The sugar bowl weighs: 83.8g
Condition:
There are no chips, cracks or glaze crazing to the sugar bowl.
There are some tiny black dot marks in the interior base edges of the sugar bowl, mentioned for accuracy.
There are some usage marks on the base ring, not seen when the bowl is in situ, but mentioned for accuracy, see photo 5 above for an example.

Books will be well packed and shipped in jiffy bags, very large books will be shipped with more protection.
