Description

This stuff is FUN.

I started with a shabby 40" length of cheesecloth-like material, cut into roughly 1.5" strips, and then COVERED IT with snippets of fabric -- collaged together, on its own, and stamped/printed with words or pictures sometimes -- before going back over the whole thing with messy scribblestitching to hold it all together even more.

It's perfect as a tie for a junk journal (shown in the pictures, above), or cut into smaller lengths and attached to cards, journal pages, or whatever else you can think of that needs some thready, messy, color-filled pizazz. I've used it for the aforementioned tie, for sewing down when I'm making journal pages as a border or just a snippet of nesty fun, and to edge a card I made. It has always come out amazingly well, and isn't hard to sew through/is light enough to glue with standard fabric glue.

You'll get the WHOLE 40+" of that color theme in your order, by the way.

In order of above appearance are:

* BAKED - browns and tans with a few warm sienna or dark brown bits for contrast
* BLOOM - purples and dusty pinks, perfect for the first blooms of spring
* EARTHY - neutrals and modern, with just a few pops of color here and there. Grays and blacks predominate.
* IMAGINE - the blues and greens of a swirling creative mind
* SEASIDE - The sea blues of ocean depths, with some sand and spray at the edges.
* AUGUST - an earthy scheme of baked earth and warm ochre tones
* DEEP BLUE - The sea as seen from an old cruise ship, with a few hawaiian shirts on the deck
* SIMPLICITY - The greens and pops of gentle colors of relaxing in a meadow with a book
* OCEANIC - All the teals and blues of a tropical island as seen from a white sandy beach
*FAUNA - Neutral tones reminiscent of furry woodland creatures.

Returns and exchange details

All sales are final, unless the post office gremlins decided to play field hockey with your stuff. Get in touch with me if that happens and I'll do my best to make you as happy as I can.

Shipping policies

At this time, I can only ship physical items to the domestic USA. (Leaving the house to go to the post office requires pants, and I'm boycotting pants. Because pants.) Luckily, some of what's here is digital, so shipping won't be much of an issue, no matter where you live. <3
