**Friendly Reminder: We have NO control over your country's customs officials. Some countries will charge duty for international packages and others will not, and all at different rates! You are responsible for knowing your country’s customs and duty policies.

If order is shipped with USPS International First Class, the tracking numbers for some International shipments only show where they are in the USA. Once they ship overseas, the tracking number is not updated until it’s been delivered. The tracking will show your package standing still at a major US port, but this doesn’t mean your package isn’t moving, it’s just that it’s moving overseas and getting closer to you!

EXCHANGES:

INCORRECT LENGTH
- If you didn’t order the correct length, you can send it back to us and we will adjust it for you here in the studio.
- We charge a “re-work” fee of $5- $6 for each item we have to adjust, plus any additional materials and shipping costs.

FOR A DIFFERENT ITEM
- We accept unworn/unpersonalized exchanges on orders within 14 days of when your package was delivered.
- Standard shipping rates apply.

JEWELRY REPAIR:
We appreciate the beauty of dainty jewelry and also understand how delicate it can be. We have you covered if anything happens to your piece. Please contact us via Etsy Convo or email at hello [!at] casouls.com to initiate a repair request.

• Within 30 days of arrival date: shipping expense and repair cost are on us.

• Within 31 - 60 days: repair cost is free. Customer will be responsible for shipping both ways which is approximately $8 via First Class Package.

• After 60 days: we charge $8 per item to repair plus any applicable materials cost. Customer will be responsible for shipping both ways
