This listing is for one set of Premium Custom Set

This listing includes the following details, which you will need to provide me with:
EARS:
Customized pattern design
Choice of fur colors (will purchase up to 2 new colors)
-front fur color
-back fur color
-sewn in patterns (where applicable)
Choice of airbrush color and patterns
Sewn in colors and patterns
Allowed (5) of each of the following-
-bows
-piercings (per ear)
-swarovski crystals (per ear)**
-additional add ons

TAILS :
Customized tail pattern (up to 36") This also includes curled tails!
Choice of fur colors (will purchase up to 2 new colors)
Airbrushed patterns
Sewn in patterns
-leopard spots
-tiger stripes
-alternating stripes
Optional lobster clasp attachment
AddOns
-satin ribbon tail wrap -tail chain
-tail bow -tail cuff



**Swarovski stones are glued on and are not guaranteed to stay in place! I do not offer repairs or replacements on lost stones.

Once I receive this information I will go over it and message you if I need any more details. When I reach your number in the queue, I will draw up a sketch of what your finished ears will look like. I will send you that sketch and we can go over and change any details you would like. This is the time to be picky about details! Once you approve a sketch, I will not accept any changes. Doing so could cause me to have to scrap the work and start again.
All of my ears are wired to allow them to be posed. As with all metal, wire can only withstand so much bending, and will eventually snap. I offer repairs on my ears within 30 days of delivery (I track delivery, so when it says it has been delivered your 30 days begin). I will require photos of the damage to see if it is even repairable, as some things cannot be fixed.
Please be gentle with your new ears! They are a costume accessory and are not to be tossed around, slept in or stuffed into a bag. These actions will damage the ears and I will not be able to repair them.

Due to the nature of this item, I cannot accept exchanges or returns. Cancellations are available within 48 hours of purchase. I do not offer expedited shipping however I do ship International. All items are shipped First Class, apart from Custom Sets (International) which go out Priority Mail.

    I love them so much!!! They’re very 3d, plush, and the airbrushed spots, black tips, and hoop earrings (they’re lost in the fluff in this pic) are just what I asked for. The additional gray airbrushing on the front marries the two fur colors I chose nicely! This pair is large w/out dwarfing my head or making me feel like they’ll fall off when I move around, and I love the shape. I’ll definitely be back for another pair later!

Customs take a minimum of 3-4 weeks to create. This may be longer depending on the supplies I need for your order, and the length of my queue. Please feel free to ask me an approximated time, but do not constantly ask me when it will be ready. I work hard to finish things on time, sometimes early, and I will not sacrifice quality just to rush things out faster.
**Please Note: I do NOT message about updates on anything except CUSTOM orders. DesignYourOwn items do not qualify. Your item will ship by the date posted. When I begin work, the item will be marked "Processing" and when I ship it, it will go to "Shipped". These are your indicators for the status of your item. Messages about status will not be answered.

My Design-Your-Own collars are made to size. This means that I need your collar size (the circumference of your neck, in Inches) when you place your order. If no size is given, I will message you. If I do not receive an answer, I will make your collar a size 12 (12inches). These cannot be returned or exchanged, so I ask that you please provide the necessary information for your order!
I do not specifically gift wrap. My ears and collars are shipped in boxes. Tails go in large envelopes. Chainmaille/Chain Day collars go in bubble wrap mailer envelopes. All orders are wrapped in tissue paper, and are perfectly presentable as a gift to someone.
