I ship all products from the United States. If you live outside of the United States, it can take up to 30 days to receive your order. This is due to the nature of customs. You may be responsible to contact and work with customs in your country to ensure delivery. We are not responsible for orders lost outside of the US. The United States Postal Service has no recourse once the package leaves the country unless you pay for express tracking and guaranteed delivery.
Yes! However, you must provide an English translation of your address or I cannot send your order. If you do not provide an English translation, I will attempt to reach out to you. If you have not responded in a timely manner, I will be left with no alternative than to refund your money and cancel the shipment. I would love to fulfill your order, but my mailing system will not allow foreign languages for names and addresses.

In addition, I am not responsible for orders lost in the mail once they leave the US. If they have been scanned outside of the US, the responsibility will be yours to contact the postal service in your country to work through any delays.
