How do I care for my bowl, bookmark...? We sent a leaflet with QR code with links. All our forged pieces are treated with Beeswax and 'Renaissance Wax' to provide a protective and attractive finish. We recommend, intermittently, that you treat the metal with a beeswax or a similar natural polish, it will keep the piece looking great. Simply apply some wax and buff to a high shine. No lacquers or paints are used to treat the metal, so over time, and especially if there is significant moisture in the air, rust spots may begin to appear. If this does happen gently remove them with fine wire wool and apply a coat wax as detailed above. Given a little care and attention your piece will last for generations! Gift wrapping and packaging

How is it packaged and what’s the gift wrap like? Keyrings come in a little cotton bag and shipped in a padded envelope. Bookmarks are placed in a branded card sleeve ready for gifting and shipped in a plain padded envelope. Ring bowls and dishes in a branded gift-box shipped in a padded envelope or cardboard wrap. Larger bowls are packed in a branded gift-box and then shipped in either a cardboard outer box or a cardboard wrap mailer Other items, like fire tools are wrapped in paper and bubble wrap and shipped in a cardboard tube or shipping bag. Gift wrap is available most items and we keep it rustic: Brown Kraft paper and Rafia string tried in a bow with a gift tag.(Keyrings come in a match box) We accept requests for gift messages.

Custom and personalised orders

What is Personalization and what is the process? We stamp requests onto metal using letter and number punches using a hammer; each number, letter & character one my one into the metal. It is painstaking work, and is why we send you a confirmation email of what you requested. We're not robots, but we do have highly trained eyes so the text may not always be perfectly straight! I'm sure you appreciate that this is the real beauty of real hand crafted work. **We do usually spot spellink mistukes but cannot be held responsible if we stamp a message that does have typo's or grammatical errors!** Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions and one of the team will get back to you ASAP but responses can be slower on weekends.
