"Poison is in everything, and no thing is without poison. The dosage makes it either a poison or a remedy." --Paracelsus

Poisoning became a common means of murder in the Victorian era. Cyanide was readily available in common household paints and wallpapers, and its effects caused convulsions, cardiac arrest, and death in a matter of seconds. Besides Cyanide, Arsenic was the chief poison of the Victorian era. It was a tasteless, odorless compound and its effects were often mistaken for food poisoning (making murder harder to trace).

Pick your poison wisely for teatime ;-)

This is a hard enamel pin set attached by a 45mm chain.
-Hand measures 41mm wide
-Teacup measures 27mm wide

**Please note: All pins come packaged in a mesh pouch with lavender. Please let me know when you make your purchase if you have any allergies related to lavender. Thank you!

Unfortunately, USPS just passed a new policy in January regarding shipping international packages. I used to be able to ship my pins in a "flat" for $3.00. But as of January, USPS passed a regulation where we can no longer ship merchandise in flats.

So we have to ship all merchandise at the package rate, which is ridiculously high. I'm working on finding a solution through Stamps.com, but there is a risk of orders being lost in the mail and never delivered.

Hopefully in a few months the USPS will figure this out and shipping costs won't be so crazy for us US based pin sellers! I apologize for the high rates, but at this time there's nothing I can do to change them. :-(
If you purchase an in-stock item and a pre-order in the same order, both items will be shipped out at the same time. This means you will have to wait for the pre-order item to arrive in the shop before your order is shipped.
