Stunning Victorian British Sterling brooch. Fully Hallmarked, crafted in Birmingham, England.

Sterling Silver with rose and yellow gold accents. The main piece is a bar pin that has a yellow gold leaf applied on each end. In the center is a rose gold cross, anchor and heart (the symbols for Faith, Hope and Charity).

A large crescent moon wraps around the bar pin with rose gold colored (not tested) leaves and ornate etching.

The back has an open c-clasp. The piece measures just over 1 3/4" in diameter.
The hallmarks are as follows:
Anchor on its side - Birmingham

Date letter "a" in a cartouche that, I believe, dates this piece to 1875

Walking Lion - British Sterling Mark

Maker's Mark is a bit muddled - it looks like "OB" but I'm not certain.

Light wear, fitting for age.

One thing to note, on one end of the piece there are three granulated nodules applied and on the other there are only two.
