I LOVE making special pieces! Message me and I can create a custom quote. After purchase, you will have the opportunity to carefully review and approve your proof before I begin the final art piece. Your custom order will be sent to you within 1-2 business days after completion. SwanLettering reserves the right to reproduce and make available for sale any custom item.

If you did not receive your printable file and it has been more than 12 hours, please contact me and let me know. Occasionally, emails will be returned due to file size restrictions or overfull inboxes! ♥

All digital sales are final. ALL custom orders are non-refundable due to the time and cost it takes to create a special piece just for you! Non custom physical items may be exchanged on a case by case basis. Any damaged items will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. All shipping fees are non-refundable.
