While some of the items in our shop are Ready-to-Ship, most are Made-to-Order and will take 3-5 business days to create {unless otherwise noted on the item listing}. In some cases your order may ship sooner, but please be aware of the processing time for EACH item before you purchase it, especially if you need it by a specific date. If you are unsure if an item will make it in time, please contact us BEFORE purchasing so that we can confirm.

When figuring out shipping time, please make sure that you consider both the PROCESSING TIME and the SHIPPING TIME. We use Etsy's shipping calculator for all of our items so that you receive the most accurate price and timing information for the type of service you choose.

Local customers who would rather pick up items can enter FREELOCALPICKUP at checkout.

ThePolkaDotPosie does NOT charge a processing or handling fee in order to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible. The shipping price you are charged is the price that is calculated by Etsy and the USPS.

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR PACKAGES THAT ARE DELAYED OR LOST BY THE POST OFFICE. Should either event happen, we encourage you to reach out to the USPS and give them the tracking information that will be provided.
