Our handmade ears are not waterproof, therefore should not be worn in the rain or any other extreme weather conditions. They are not meant for the washing machine or drier. Doing this will ruin your ears. Our ears are handmade and need to be handled delicately and with care.

We do not do return or exchanges at this time on custom Ears, We diligently photograph and describe each item. Please read the entire description and view all photos closely. Also, do not hesitate to message us with any questions you may have. Our pieces are handmade and therefore may have very slight differences. You should expect this when purchasing any of our items. Please contact me if there are any problems with your order.

International orders usually take up to 2 weeks to arrive once shipped, however they could take up to 30 days depending on which country you live in. I ship worldwide, however there may be an additional fee once it has arrived in your country.

Yes, both the light up and the classic ears can be done with out a bow. Light up pairs will have a bump in the center of the headband with the two battery packs on them and wrapped with matching headband ribbon.

Each pair of light up ears has TWO battery packs, there for both switches need to be on

If they aren’t in the ready to ship section of the shop ears take 5 weeks.
There is a listing in the shop that can bump the wait from 5 weeks to a time discussed between buyer and seller. Again that would be an additional purchase it’s called “rush my ears”. This purchase requires messages between buyer and seller before purchase and a rush must be purchased per ear. Example: 4 ears need rush then 4 rushes need purchased
