Shipping policies

- Hi all! Due to the Covid-19 outbreak restrictions here in Italy all orders will be shipped once a week to avoid unnecessary trips to the post office. Thanks a lot for your support, it means a lot in this difficult times!

I ship all the items with Crono and Crono Internazionale by Poste Italiane.

If you have purchased a poster, a calendar, or more in general anything bulkier than postcards it can be useful to provide your phone number in the order details, so I can put it in the shipping order for the mailer, so they can call you in case there's any problem with the delivery.

DELIVERY TIMES ESTIMATIONS:

Shipping within Europe normally takes 4-7 working days. Shipping to the USA and other countries outside Europe takes approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

I only consider a package lost after 40 days from the shipping date for Italy and Europe and after 90 days for US and other countries outside EU. Please double check your shipping address to be sure that it is updated and correct, I will not refund any lost or returned packages in case of wrong shipping address.

All items are shipped from 1 to 3 days of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays). In any case the items will be delivered no later than 30 days from the day the product was purchased, under the EU legislation.
The shop is located in Italy.
All items are shipped via Italian Postal Service. Shipping via different carriers are available if specifically requested before the purchase.
