ADDRESS:
Please double check your address on the payment receipt. This is where your order will be shipped. Labels are generated automatically, not handwritten so they will be exactly as written. If the address comes up as un-deliverable, I will cancel the order. Reshipping fees of orders returned due to incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the customer.

PROCESSING TIME:
When an order is placed, it goes into a queue and is completed in order.
Time frame varies between 2 to 4 weeks depending on how busy the shop is, how many orders I received in the days around your order, and the day of the week that I ship.

You will receive a conversation through etsy after purchase with an estimated time frame. And when the order is ready to go, you will receive an email with shipping information, tracking, etc.

SHIPPING METHODS:
USPS is the default shipping choice.
All domestic orders are sent insured and with tracking and Delivery Confirmation.
Domestic orders over $250.00 will require a signature
shipping upgrades affect the speed of shipping, not the item processing time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Orders to Canada under 150.00 are shipped with 3rd party insurance and Delivery confirmation; these orders can take from 2 weeks up to 6 weeks to arrive.
Orders to Canada with a value over $150 are either shipped registered or express depending on the item. Tracking and insurance are included when available.

international orders under $150.00 are shipped 1st class with insurance; tracking is only semi dependable. Registered is an upgrade at an additional fee, but is the most secure method and recommended f you would like to track your parcel.

International orders "everywhere else" over $200.00, with express mail and insurance. Items that are significantly more valuable will be dealt with on an individual basis.

LOST ITEMS:
If an item is lost in shipping, I will refund or replace; however, I must be notified within 6 weeks of shipping date, and/or during the time the records are still available from the Post office. The customer may be required to fill out a form and file a report with the Post office or police to receive their refund. If your delivery address is sketchy, please upgrade to signature required. Insurance is void once a parcel is marked delivered.

Duties, Tariffs, and VAT:

RING SIZING:
RIngs sized with 2 trick pony's free ring sizer are eligible for one free ring sizing; rings that are made to order needing re-sizing, where I have not helped determine the size, will incur a small fee, or I will recommend a jewelry shop local to the customer to have their ring adjusted.

Custom orders are available, I require a non refundable 25% deposit on approval of the design to begin the project.
