All fabrics and ribbons will be cut in continuous yardage if possible.

Since all of us were born and raised in Germany, we work on German time here! All order will go out same or next day (if ordered during regular business hours). However, standard mail will take an estimated 4-5 days, so if you want the "Amazon 2-day prime experience", you have 2 choices:
- either spend $ 50 and use our coupon code " SHIP50", which will give you free priority mail in the US. Priority mail takes 1-3 business days. Many customers take advantage of that!
- choose priority mail at checkout, which is $ 2.50 more than standard mail

Packages are not insured with standard mail. If you would prefer to have your package insured against loss or damage, please upgrade to priority mail, that will include the insurance.

For international buyers, I can send up to 8 yards of fabric for flatrate shipping of 24 Dollars. If you wish to purchase more fabric, please submit another order(s). You will receive a tracking number with your flatrate shipping!
However, we cannot be responsible for lost mail, incorrect addresses or unclaimed packages etc. If an issue occurs while the package is being transferred in your country, international customers will have to contact their local shipping service for more information.

Any duty/custom charges are full responsibility of the buyer. All international packages will have an invoice with the correct amount on the package.

Buyers take full responsibility for items purchased. Some of our items should not be left with small kids and should only be used with adult supervision.
