SMOOTH Blacksmith Forged Vegetable / Herb Choppers

These choppers are made to rock back and forth on the cutting board, allowing finely chopped herbs and veggies with little effort.

The textured choppers are made from hoof rasps, they are high carbon steel, have a unique texture on the sides that aids grip, and are one of a kind works of culinary art. The SMOOTH choppers are made from leaf spring stock and may have minor surface pitting and texture. Sharpness can be maintained with a standard knife steel, and can be honed to razor sharp if you desire. These choppers are shipped sharp, but not to razor condition.

After forging and grinding these choppers are cleaned, warmed and coated with edible vegetable oil. After use, wash in warm soapy water, rinse and towel dry. A wipe with oil and your prize chopper is in ready to use condition.

Please Note - the price is $45.00 per chopper; the photos are examples - since they are individually hand forged, no two are exactly alike.

We have a listing for each type - pick the one[s] you want. This one is for the SMOOTH.

SHIPPING - Can ship up to three choppers to the same address for $1.50 extra shipping per chopper
