We take precaution to make sure items with glass components are properly shipped. It is possible, however, that the courier or mail service may, on occasion, mishandle fragile items. In the event that this happens, please contact the shop within 3 days of receiving the item, and we will be happy to exchange the item for a new one as long as you postmark the damaged item for return within 7 days of receiving it.

Because each item is carefully put together by hand, we cannot offer a refund for damaged items, only exchanges.

Sometimes the misfortune of a shipping carrier losing a package will occur. Although this seldom happens, it tends to be a risk during the busy holiday season. For this reason, we firstly recommend that all purchases starting the last week of November be upgraded to Priority Shipping.

In the unlikely event that your order never arrives, you may receive a full refund from us on two conditions:

1. The estimated shipping time for your shipping class has passed by at least 3 carrier days (this means 10 days from First Class shipping, 12 days for parcel, 6 days for priority, etc).

2. The day the refund is processed, the tracking information for the item does not say "delivered". You item must be stuck on "in route" or the like.
