The Kaine Romper was designed to be a richly handsome outfit for a portrait, christening, wedding or other special occasion.

The classic boy's romper is crafted from your choice of color matte satin or silk dupioni fabrics and acccented with a contrasting color for the decorative front stitching, pintucks and piping.

Rompers are available in sizes 6 months up to 24 months and can be made with or without snaps in the legs depending on how the romper will be worn. If you are having the romper made for portrait purposes, you may consider having the inside seams closed so no gaps would show in a photo. If you are considering for a special occasion, one with snap tape up the legs may be more practical for easy changing. **Please let me know at checkout if you would like closed leg seams or snap tape.**

Color choices are infinite - sage and ivory, cream and wedgewood blue, and so on. We will coordinate just the right combination for the occasion. Companion pieces such as vests and ties for older boys and dresses for the girls are available as well - just convo me.

The romper in the photograph was done in cream and wedgewood blue and was designed to compliment the boy's coloring.

Matching hat can be added for an additional charge. Hat would be a traditional style bonnet hat with piping and decorative stitching and ribbon tie.

I prefer Direct Check Out or Paypal as a method as payment but also accept money orders or cashiers checks. Please be advised when paying via Paypal by e-check, clearance typically takes 5-7 days and your order will not be placed on the schedule or shipped until I am notified of the check clearing.

Deposits and partial payments are accepted. For items up to $400 a deposit of $100 and a completed measurement form secures a spot on the schedule. For items $400 and up, $200 is required for a deposit. Balances are due by the 1st of the month your item is scheduled in to keep your item in queue.

SATISFACTION AND RETURN POLICY:
I do my best to communicate with my customers to get a clear picture of what they are looking for. I am confident in my sewing and creative abilities and strive to provide quality items at fair prices. If for any reason, you are not quite happy with any of my work, I will work with you to come to a resolution. Please call right away if an issue should arise. Issues need to be reported within 5 days of receipt per the records of the delivery service used. DO NOT WEAR or USE the garment until issue is resolved.

Once an item is purchased it is custom made for the person who will be wearing it. Due to this custom service, returns are not considered.

Care instructions will be provided for each item, my work is guaranteed, however, mis care for any item is not. Please follow the care instructions given carefully.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Should an order need to be cancelled, a 75% refund will be given for up to 7 days of order placement. No refunds are given after 7 days. 25% is kept for the spot of the schedule that was held and to cover materials and time that already went into the order.

READY TO SHIP AND SMALLER CUSTOM ITEMS:
Items marked READY TO SHIP will be shipped within 1-5 days of payment receipt unless otherwise noted. Ready to ship items are as described and not available for alteration. Smaller custom made-to-order items are worked around larger orders and processing times may vary due to workload and season so please allow up to 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive. If you have a special date you need an item for, please contact us prior to ordering to coordinate.

CUSTOM MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
All custom orders are scheduled in the month chosen at checkout unless it is a Rush Order. Custom pieces are not put on the schedule until AFTER both payment and measurement information have been received. Please refer to the Rush Fee section below for more information.

SHIPPING METHODS:
I ship using the United States Postal Service Priority or Express Mail. Rates according to package size, weight and your address. Tracking information will be forwarded to you upon shipping. FedEx is available but due to bad experiences with their rates, a credit card number or FedEx account number will need to be provided to utilize FedEx services.

Shipping will be sent to the address listed on your order unless further instruction is given. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost and misdirected due to insufficient address information.

As soon as a package leaves our possession, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

For international customers, shipping rates posted are for USPS Global Priority Mail, if you prefer another carrier, please inquire and you will be charged via Paypal for the difference for shipping upgrades. International customers are responsible for any package tracking, customs and duty processes once the item is shipped. Each package will be marked with the value and merchandise box checked. Please do not request me to check the gift box or fudge the value - it is illegal and I will not do it.

If an order is needed sooner than my next available spot on the schedule a rush fee will apply. The following scale will apply for 2017.

For smaller items under $75, please inquire to check options and see if the item can be completed to accommodate your timing. Items are priced according to complexity and of course more complex items take a lot more to get it done on time and therefore will be subject to the Rush fee.

You will be responsible for expedited shipping charges necessary for both getting your fabric here and getting the finished piece to you. I will send you your shipping options the day before shipment. A separate invoice for shipping charges will need to be paid before the item will be shipped. If you are interested utilizing this option, please request a custom listing or add the RUSH MY ORDER Listing to your cart with the appropriate fee from the selection menu.

HALLOWEEN:
The deadline for Halloween 2017 is September 1st or until sold out. All orders placed before that date will be ready to ship before October 27th. Last orders in may be required to pay expedited shipping for their orders to arrive on time, you will be contacted prior to shipment with your options and an invoice will be sent accordingly. Each item will have the delivery dates available with applicable Rush Fees in the Shipping Preference Section at checkout.

Please note the majority of Halloween orders are placed in mid August so please order early to avoid disappointment. This year there will be a large number of popular items available Ready to Ship - once they are sold out they are sold out so don't delay.

CUSTOM DESIGN COMMISSIONS:
I work with clients near and far and am always up for a new project. You can send me your ideas for a custom commission and please attach any references you may have. I do take pride in my own creativity and look forward to working with you to create the piece you were imagining. Please do not ask me to copy another designer's work exactly, it is wrong and I just will not do it. For character costumes, I will do my best to create an amazing interpretation that will be sure to please.

During the inquiry process, I will discuss your project briefly with you to determine a price estimate. If you decide to move forward, a reserved listing will be set up for you. After you checkout, I will go to work on sketches of how your garment may look, coordinating your fabric and trim options, researching historical and other practical details necessary to bring the piece to life.

During the whole custom process, I will be in contact with you and share progress pictures. Should additional charges arise after the agreed price, an additional listing will be set up and must be settled prior to shipping.

We love to see you smile and love to see pictures of our clients in our garments. If you happen to have professional photographs you would like to share for our marketing purposes, we will offer a credit of $35 an image for future orders. Please submit jpg file images watermarked by your photographer. Both you and your photographer will be mentioned wherever the photograph appears. We are requesting to use the images for our marketing with your permission, copyright ownership stays with the appropriate parties.
