All custom design apparels will have a slight odor smell out of the packaging, The fabric that was custom-made comes from the fulfillment center this way but don’t let that worry you for this odor will dissipate after a few days and one good washing.

All Custom and Personalized Products will not be accepted or eligible for any returns.

If you are unsure of your sizing please contact us first. Sometimes the t-shirts and hoodies do wear a little bit longer in size so order accordingly. All custom apparel can only be returned if there is a defect to the apparel. All returns will be paid by the customer.

Shipping products domestic will usually ship between 5 - 8 Business Days. On rare occasions it could take up to 20 days to be delivered but this is only on rare occasions. Weekends do not count as Business Days. Please take into account weekends and holidays.
