We are having a big clear out of our studio space and this means great savings for our customers.

Your LARGE LUCKY DIP will include:
3 x Brooches
5 x Postcards
PLUS some extra randomly selected goodies - examples include: nail decals, tote bags, earrings, hair accessories, stickers.

Your lucky dip box will be put together by hand and will include randomly selected brooches, postcards and stickers. Sadly you cannot request that specific items to be included.

Returns & exchanges

Please note that I do not offer refunds on lost orders. I am very careful when posting orders and do everything I can do ensure that they arrive with you, however, when they leave me there is little I can do if you order hasn't arrived. Please allow 6 weeks for international orders to arrive and for 2 weeks for domestic orders to arrive.

As my shipping terms state, all orders (international and domestic) are sent without tracking unless I am specifically asked to register them.

As I am a small business and all items are handmade, refunding lost items is not something that I can do.

I like to keep my postage costs as low as possible, so please note that your order is not trackable or sent express. Please message me if you would like your order to be registered (with tracking) or sent express. This can all be arranged for an additional postage fee.

DOMESTIC CUSTOMERS: Your order is sent via standard Australia Post mail and this is not trackable. If you would like your order to be trackable or for it to be sent via express post please do let me know and this can be arranged for an additional fee.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note that your order is not trackable. International orders have been experiencing postage delays of up to 6 weeks. Ordinarily your order will arrive in 14 - 21 days but recently international order have been taking more than 28 days. If you would like your order to be sent registered (with tracking) please do let me know, otherwise your order will be sent via standard Air Mail and this is not trackable.

Please allow 28 days for your order to arrive before contacting us with missing delivery enquiries.

All of my brooches are attached to a Hungry Designs mini card and are wrapped in bubble wrap and a Hungry Designs sticker is attached.
