We twisted and hammered 10 gauge copper to make this copper hair fork. or shawl pin.

It measures about 5 1/2" (14.7cm) long. The usable part in your hair is about 4 1/2"(11.5 cm). We can make it any length you want for no extra cost. You may be able to chose a size from the listing when you place the order. If that option isn't available (it can't be seen on all mobile devices) contact us or leave a message in the "message to the seller" section when you place your order.
Please take note you are choosing the total length. The usable part below the Trinity Loop design will be 1 " less than the total length.
If we don't receive a chosen length option or message in the "note to the seller" or email then we will send a 5 1/2" (14.1 cm)total length fork.

The widest part across the triple loop measures about 1 1/4-1 1/2" (3.2-3.9cm).

Don't worry, the hair stick in the picture that is in my hair is NOT the same hair pin you will receive.

It is often hard to know if a hair device will work well for your particular type of hair without trying it on first. If our sticks don't work well for you after you purchase them just let us know and we can easily work out a refund or exchange.

This fork would work well as a shawl pin too!

Check out the Shawl Pins / Hair Forks section of our shop to see our other designs. We have the same design in aluminum and brass:

All our jewelry comes wrapped in colorful tissue paper, in a nice gift box and tied with a bow ready for gift giving.

The copper wire used in this pin is in it's natural form and not treated with a lacquer or wax. Copper naturally oxidates over time and develops a patina. Some people love that look and some prefer to keep it shiny.
Here are some suggestions for how to shine up your copper jewelry using common household supplies like lemon juice or ketchup:

Tarn-X works well too.
