Also - if you have vintage lace, perhaps from Mom's wedding gown, that you would like turned into something lovely to wear for your wedding, please contact me.
Pricing for your shrug will vary depending upon the lace requested and the size and style of the shrug.

Jeannie custom bridal bolero is absolutely beautiful and fits me BETTER than a glove. Her attention to detail shows in the quality of her craftsmanship. The Alencon lace feels so soft, and she took the time to make sure the pattern appeared seamless.
Jeannie sent pictures before shipping the item, and she was very accommodating to some of my last minute requests. Thank you for making me look and feel beautiful on my wedding day!

I desire 100% satisfaction, so if you are not satisfied with an item you purchase, please let me know! If something isn't right, I will either 1) make it perfect for you, or 2) refund your purchase price upon return of the unused item within 5 days.
If you have ordered a custom item for your wedding on a rush basis (within less than one month), and you require changes to the item, I may not be able to accommodate the changes or refund due to timing. If you have any questions about this, please feel free to message me for clarification!!
I can accommodate custom orders for sizes between a 32 inch bust and a 46 inch bust. For sizes outside this range, I will make every attempt to get a proper fit, but the items are non-returnable and any alterations required will need to be made by a seamstress local to you.
If you "change your mind" or just decide you don't want the item, I will - on a case by case basis - accept a return of unused merchandise, less shipping and a 10% restocking fee, within one week if I can re-sell the item.

Shipping policies
I use US Postal Service Priority Mail, unless express delivery is required. In order to continue to be able to offer international delivery, I will only ship internationally using priority mail with insurance and delivery confirmation. While I recognize this is expensive, it has become necessary to ensure delivery of items shipped outside the US.
For international buyers, PLEASE contact me prior to purchasing an item so that I can accurately calculate shipping charges. The charges on the listings are my best estimates, but may not be accurate!
