Custom and personalized orders

Each sign is custom-designed, distressed (if asked), hand-painted, and framed. Since each piece of the sign and frame are hand cut, crafted and possibly distressed from quality wood, paint and/or stain, no two signs are ever the same, and no attempt is made to hide, fill or cover all imperfections or knots. All wood, by nature, also takes paint and stain a bit differently and because these are handmade items, no two sides are ever exactly alike. In fact, differences and imperfections add to the vintage, chippy one-of-a-kind character and are celebrated in their glory! Thanks for your understanding! We value and are blessed by our customers and are working very hard to ensure that each sign we send out maintains the best quality.

Once I have shipped your package it's in the hands of USPS. If there are issues of ANY kind with shipping, lost package, wrong address etc. it is out of my control- although I will make every effort on my part to insure you receive your package in a timely manner. Once USPS has your item it's out of my hands. If there's an issue that arises with shipping, as a courtesy to my customers, I will certainly check the tracking # and call the post office to inquire package status. I use either first class or priority shipping, neither of which are time guaranteed. If you need a guaranteed time send me a message and I will be happy to check on a price for you. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How do you order?

This sign does come in two different size options and to choose you’ll simply select from the drop down arrow for your size :)

Please note- Each sign is an original (neat right?) since I hand paint them all. Due to the character of the wood, sometimes knots and natural imperfections are present. I do my best to pick out the best looking pieces of wood, but also feel that slight imperfections help add to the character of my handmade signs.

Handling and Shipping Time-

The turnaround time for signs are 3-14 business days. I feel that this is very important as waiting weeks before an item is shipped isn't what I would personally want if I were ordering a sign. Please allow additional time for shipping. Signs do ship priority which is 2-3 days most of the time.
