SUZELLE Fascinator hat - Cocktail hat

Handmade to Order - In any colour or mix of colours you would like. Have it colour matched to your outfit.

A small and chic cocktail hat design fitted to elastic with a comb - which can then be worn to either side of the head. Or fitted to a headband, either right or left side.

Handmade in sinamay, trimmed with veiling and feathers.

Looks gorgeous on and would be perfect for wearing to weddings or the races.

Payment must have been received before goods already in stock can be packaged for delivery. Payment must have been received before work can start on all made to order items, bespoke and custom orders.

Cancellation of an order must be made within 12 hours for a full refund, otherwise materials could have already been ordered.

Cancellation after 12 hours of order may incur the cost of the materials.

Returns and exchange details

I hope that you will be completely happy with your Feathers & Bows millinery purchase. I pride myself on the quality of workmanship and materials used to create each piece of millinery by hand and hope that this is apparent when you receive your hat, fascinator or headpiece.

However, if when you receive your millinery you are not completely satisfied or find it damaged or faulty, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do everything I can to sort out and rectify any problem you may have. I will however be unable to give a full refund or exchange a piece of millinery that shows evidence of being worn.

Please contact me as soon as possible, within 12 hours, if your millinery is damaged or faulty. Please return damaged or faulty millinery within 3 days of receiving them, in original hat box and secure packaging, for a full refund or exchange. The cost of delivery on returns, refunds and exchanges is non-refundable and is covered by the buyer.

I'm sorry but I'm unable to accept a return or offer a refund on bespoke millinery, made to order, customised and sale items. Please see 'additional policies' section.

For cancellations of an order, please contact me within 12 hours of placing the order. Otherwise I will have already started ordering the materials and may have started making your order. If this happens to be the case only 50% of full payment with be refunded. If a deposit only has been paid this will be non-refundable.

For all orders received, I will contact you via email to confirm your order and advise you of an estimated delivery date. For items in stock delivery will be 1-3 days in the UK only. For bespoke and made to order items please allow between 2-4 weeks for delivery. At busy times this may be longer, but I will advise you at the time of your order.

For orders required more urgently, please inform me of your deadline and I will endeavour to get your order delivered to you on time.

All Feathers & Bows Couture Millinery will arrive packaged in a hat box and securely parcelled for delivery.

DELIVERY IN UK: Parcels are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery, tracked and signed for and include insurance. If tracking numbers are available they will be sent to you.

Larger parcels are sent by Parcel Force - Parcel Express 48 and include insurance. Tracking numbers will be sent to you.

DELIVERY IN EUROPE & OVERSEAS: I am happy to post millinery orders to Europe, USA and overseas. However, shipping charges may not always be shown in the listings for USA, Europe and overseas, this is due to the different hat box sizes and weights of hats and headpieces, also each countries delivery charges vary. Please contact me for postal/shipping costs.

Shipping charges will always cover a 'tracked and signed for' delivery service, however any import duties/charges by customs will be the buyers own responsibility. I will be happy to get a shipping quote for you.

Please bear in mind that the charges are for packaging as well as delivery and all Feathers & Bows millinery is packaged extremely well.

DELIVERY FOR MORE THAN ONE ITEM: If you are purchasing more than one item, I am happy to send them in one parcel to reduce the delivery charge. Additional policies

Customers are responsible for paying any customs and import fees and tax, along with any additional fee from the courier for further processing. These are costs and tax imposed on the buyer from their own country.

These additional costs and fees are not the responsibility of F&B shop owner/seller.

Refunds on bespoke and custom orders unfortunately cannot be given. This is because they have been designed and made for you, to your specifications and in your colour choices. However if you do have a problem with your order please contact me as soon as possible and I can assure you that I will do whatever I can to sort out any problem you may have with it.

Refunds and Returns are not accepted on items that have been reduced in price from the original selling price or are listed as sale or special offer items.
