Description

Dog cat pet cremation memorial Urn or keepsake jar ceramic art handmade with Peacock Italian Deruta designs.
Use it as a lidded jar to store treats.

One-of-a-kind ceramic art, Italian peacock design jar, it is a labor of love created by me at my studio in Virginia.

Perfect to hold small treasures or to be displayed as a treasure itself!
Or use as a Special Urn for holding ashes, or a keepsake jar for holding your memorabilia.

The urn is approximately 6" tall and 6" wide.
Capacity: 60 cubic inches

* 1 cubic inch = 1 lb body weight
It is food-safe, and suitable for microwave and dishwasher.

A source of positive symbolic meanings, peacocks are prominent in Italian pottery, focused on the “eyes” that decorate the birds magnificent tail.

I make the urn on a potter's wheel, and dry it completely. Traditional Italian Deruta peacock feather pattern has been drawn and meticulously painted with multiple layers of underglazes. It is then fired twice in the kiln for about 13 hours.
