Vintage from the 1970s

Material

bisque

Just in time for Halloween! Vintage raw glove mold, industrial glove mold, glove mold form these are unglazed glove molds. You can call them raw porcelain or often called bisque Rescued from a glove mold factory but no maker. Holds paint well. I have used spray paint , glitter paint, and even hand painted some of mine, they are awesome unglazed bisque! Also easy to decoupage!

note: its been painted blue in the first photos and red in the latter the first pic was taken by Kim at everythingetsy.com in fact see what she did with hers on her site !!!!!

About 15" tall...give or take. These look good as industrial relics in your home or you can paint them . These have been used and may have minor imperfections like small dabs of glue that was used in the factory, or black or dark smudges. Easy to clean off with hot Comet scrub and a toothbrush with hot water or the green side of a 3M pad. I have even used Comet paste to brighten mine. They will not have any cracks, but sometimes on the base will be dings or chips from where the hands was actually attached to the machine. These are 30 to 50 years old! I found a big stash that was retired in late 70's to early 80's when a glove mold factory closed.

I think they are great art objects for your living area, bedroom, or craft room.

Note: Usually these fingers are too big to display rings, unless they are adjustable. I do drape jewelry over them.

QTY: ONE PC
SIZE: MEDIUM
MATERIAL: UNGLAZED PORCELAIN
BENEFITS: INDUSTRIAL RELIC, CAN PAINT, LOVELY

Returns and exchange details

RETURNS: All items are sold as-is and as described. Vintage items do have slight imperfections and wear as they are authentically vintage. If you need more photos, convo me and I'll do my best to accommodate. Ask questions, I'm very chatty. Did you know on Etsy you can ZOOM all photos? .

DAMAGE: High dollar items shipped UPS with applicable insurance. I pack like Fort Knox. If you are purchasing an item under $50 and desire insurance, please CONVO me.

LOSSES: I ship most items via Paypal where you can track the package. I use delivery confirmation and once that item is delivered, I've done my job. Please keep an eye on the tracking and address immediate issues to your mail carrier. I can't be responsible for items lost or stolen because you had it delivered to your work, or left on your porch for weeks.

Shipping policies

GREENER: Items are packed with recycled packing materials.

EXPEDITED: Sorry, due to work travel issues I can't overnight anything. I ship at least once per week.

For glove molds, heavy melmac, and large items I will need a physical address--not a PO BOX as UPS won't deliver there.

Please note: If your Paypal address is different than your Etsy, your order may be delayed until I verify which one is accurate.

CANADA ISSUES: I no longer ship glove molds to Montreal, Canada due to breakage and problems at that UPS hub. If you live in Montreal, Canada, then you must provide alternate shipping address for me to ship to.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Please note you will be responsible for any import, customs, or duties taxes accessed by your government on incoming parcels. Failure to pay results in the package being abandoned in your country and I can't be responsible for that. These fees include duties, taxes, and other fees as your country may impose in addition to payment to me.

POSTAGE: I do ship internationally and to date, no problems but I must warn you it's expensive. Since the US has done away with "surface" mail which was the least expensive options, your package must go FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL (under 4 lbs, not traceable) or PRIORITY MAIL (very expensive, but traceable).

*CANADA / UPS UPS is now offering a wider shipping range, if you do not see the item offered to Canada please convo me and I can check rates.
