Cairns are stacked stone trail markers used for centuries by hikers and are a part of many old traditions and folklore. Strong Cape Cod storms and winds carved these stones into beautiful smooth touchable shapes. A wonderful ocean created treasure.
These 5 stones are from Town Neck Beach in Sandwich on the beautiful Cape Cod Canal. The stones are hand drilled by myself. Making the cairn is a puzzle finding and fitting the right stones together. They are different colors and oblong shaped with a single Shell bead and Tibetan silver adorning them. One pic shows the stones twirled around making it a fun finger fidgeter. The necklace is a 19" 2mm black leather cord with hand wired finished ends, split rings and lobster claw clasp.
You will also receive a note on nice paper about the stones.

Thank you for looking.
If you wish a longer or shorter cord, let me know, I will be happy to make it the size you want.
This necklace has a pretty purple stone which is a rare find. Enjoy!
