Exceptions:
If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, please contact me and we can try to get something worked out. If we work out a return or exchange, the item must be returned to me within 14 days of delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, you may request a return. As long as the item is returned to me by one week of your request date, or a date that we agree upon, I will provide a full refund.

Shipping policies

US ONLY: Cost to ship one item is $4.00 plus $.25 per each additional item. Each order comes with a unique tracking number so that you can follow your package!

I mail orders within 1-3 days of your transaction unless I am out of town, in which case I will let you know.

Orders ship via USPS and typically only take 2-3 days to arrive but it can take anywhere from 2-9.

Cost for international shipping varies by location

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
International packages will be shipped First Class International Mail which can take from 2-6 weeks to arrive. Please be patient when waiting to receive your item and note that there might be VAT OR CUSTOMS CHARGES that may apply upon receipt of the order which the customer is solely responsible for.
