This save the date card is roughly 5x6" in size, with "Falling In Love" printed on the cover, and your wedding details printed on the back on soft ivory linen lightly textured cardstock. Each card is then lovingly hand-cut into a maple leaf shape, and is adorned with a 7/8" Autumn red/burgundy ribbon, strung through top of card and tied in a bow. My favorite part of this invitation is the hand-painted maple leaf that is shimmied up the ribbon tendril and fits securely at the ribbon knot. I use six shades of rustic Autumn acrylic paint colors for each leaf, on both sides, to add such a unique quality to your save the date. Like real Autumn leaves, not one is the exact same as another!

- How do I place my FULL save the date order?
Simply click the drop down box under “quantity” in the right-hand column to choose the number of save the date sets you would like, and purchase this listing. Once your order has been placed, you may send me the wording details either by adding them to the “message to seller” comment area during your checkout, or click the "contact" button under my profile pic and send me a message with:
- Bride and Groom names (first and last)
- Wedding date
- City & State of ceremony
- Optional "wedsite" address
and I will send a digital proof for your approval for print. One of the unique aspects of my shop is that you are welcome to make as many rounds of changes necessary for approval, without any added cost to you! If you have custom requests you would like made such as ribbon and font color, please contact me and I’ll be happy to chat with you to create your ideal look!

I politely ask that you choose PayPal during your checkout process as it is my preferred method of payment. You may still use your personal debit/credit card to do so without having to have a PayPal account, and I truly appreciate it!

- Do you ship Internationally?
I sure do! I ship via USPS "International Priority Mail" all over the world which takes about 14 business days. Orders to UK will require additional "duty" fees or "VAT" taxes that buyer will need to pay once your package arrives at UK Customs - buyer is notified by their local post office of that fee once it arrives in the country. I will send your tracking # to you as soon as your package is shipped.

- Can I order a sample save the date set before I place my final order?
It is not necessary to purchase a sample save the date before full orders are placed, but if you would like to place a sample order to see this design in person, select "1" in the quantity drop down box and purchase listing listing. I am happy to customize your sample with your wedding day details printed and any custom color requests you may have.

- Can I customize my sample save the date?
For this sample, you are welcome to "contact" me or include in "message to seller" area during your checkout, with your information for your sample invitation (ie: Names, Wedding Date , and City/State of ceremony), or simply add them to the “message to seller” section of your checkout process. If you’re not that far yet in planning, I would be happy to simply print sample wording. This sample is to view design/colors in person - please do not expect wording to be perfect, it will be finalized during the digital proofing process once your full order is purchased.

- How long will it take to receive my sample save the date?
I create my samples within 2-3 business days of purchase. I send them out regular mail so that you will see what your guests will open when they receive them! Total time, roughly 7-8 business days, give or take a few depending on the speed of the post office.

- Can I customize my full save the date order wording?
Customization is no problem, and no additional cost to you! Colors, format, and wording can be customized specifically for your day, so ask about different options... if you can dream it, I can make it happen!

- Do I get to see my save the date design before they are printed?
For sure!! The digital proofing process, with unlimited rounds of changes, will follow your full order listing purchase. Final save the dates will be printed only when digital proofs are perfect and approved! If changes need to be made once they have been approved and printed, additional cost will incur to re-print.

- How long will it take to receive my final save the date order?
Please note that your invitations are made only by my two hands... so orders in quantities of 50 or more require about 4-6 weeks for production from order purchase date. Rush orders are normally no problem, but please contact me to add a $.50 rush fee to each save the date set (contact me to create a reserved listing for rush orders).

- Do I pay in full, or a deposit first?
In full please :)

- What kind of stamp do I need to put on the save the date envelopes?
This invitation requires a $.70 stamp (USPS prices subject to change) to mail to your guests, as the ribbon knot creates a bump in the envelope that is slightly more than 1/4”. The post office has a few darling stamp designs to choose from in this amount, including a wedding bouquet here: https://store.usps.com/store/results/over-49-cents/stamps/_/N-17d6oqbZ9y93lv. When you take your save the dates to the post office to be mailed - request "non-machinable" :)

- Once shipped, how long will my full order take to arrive?
Not long at all - just a few days! I ship all full orders (not samples unless otherwise arranged) within the US via USPS "Priority Mail". Once your order has been shipped, they will arrive in 2-4 days (Monday-Saturday), and I will contact you with your tracking #! Express shipping is available, please contact me for pricing and custom listing.

- Is the sample listing price the same as each invitation price?
Nope! Each listing in my shop (unless otherwise labeled "reserved") is for 1 sample invitation only. It is priced for the sample to be custom created and sent to you in the mail. Your full order pricing is different, and is listed within the first few paragraphs in each listing. When you place your final order by sending me your final count, the price per invitation set is lower, generally $2-$3 lower, than the sample listing price.

- Can I customize my sample invitation?

Responding to your messages as quick as possible is very important to me, as I am here with you to help you through each phase of the ordering process - my job isn't compete until your designs are safely in your hands and ready to send to your guests! Since each order is lovingly created my only my two hands... I do my best to spend every other day in my office with clients, and the alternating days creating orders. During my busy season, I work with over 30+ brides/grooms a day, and it may be possible that I am spending more time creating my orders so my wedding couples have their orders in a timely fashion, but rest assured, I will return your message as soon as possible. Each and every client... question... and idea... is of great value to me!

- HOW DO I ORDER?

Final Orders:
You are more than welcome to send me your final count any time, and I will create a reserved listing in my shop for that amount just for you to purchase! Your reserved listing will include your name, photos of your design, and your specific order details, and final price/plus shipping (note - the order price and shipping price are in the same listing, but in two different tabs). I will send you the direct link to your listing and you will purchase your order by clicking the green "add to cart" button. You may pay with Paypal or click the "Pay with Paypal" to use your debit or credit card. Once your order purchase has been made, you will send me the wording details and I will send digital proofs for your approval. You may make as many rounds changes as necessary, without any added cost to you, and I will send new proofs until they're approved for print! When your order is finished and shipped, I let you know by sending the www.usps.com tracking #.

- Can I customize my final invitation order wording?
Customization is no problem, and no additional cost to you! Colors, format, and wording can be customized specifically for your day, so ask about different options... if you can dream it, I can make it happen!

- How long will it take to receive my final invitation order?
Please note that your invitations are made only by my two hands... so orders in quantities of 50 or more require about 4-6 weeks for production (during off-season months, November-March), and 6-8 weeks for production (during peak-season months, April-October) - from order purchase date. Rush orders are normally no problem, but please add $.50 to each invitation set.

- Do I get to see my invitations before they are printed?
The digital proofing process, with unlimited rounds of changes, will follow your full order purchase. Final invitations will be printed when digital proofs are perfect and approved! If changes need to be made once they have been approved and printed, additional cost will incur to re-print.

- Do you sell the digital file of your designs?
For the ultimate DIY brides and wedding/baby shower hosts, each one of my designs is available in a digital format. I will be happy to customize the wording of each design to fit your event, and upon your approval, will email the final pdf design file to you for printing. Pricing starts at $30 - message me for quote :)

- Do I have to order a sample before I place my final order?
It is not necessary to purchase a sample invitation before full orders are placed. If you would rather get started with placing your final order, you may send me your final count any time, and I will create a reserved listing in my shop just for you to purchase!

- Is the sample listing price the same as each invitation price?
Nope! Each listing in my shop (unless otherwise labeled "reserved") is for 1 sample invitation only. It is priced for the sample to be custom created and sent to you in the mail. Your full order pricing is different, and is listed within the first few paragraphs in each listing. When you place your final order by sending me your final count, the price per invitation set is lower, generally $2-$3 lower, than the sample listing price.

- Can I customize my sample invitation?
For this sample, you are welcome to "contact" me or include in "message to seller" area during your checkout, with your information for your sample invitation (ie: Names, Wedding Date and Time, Place and Address of Ceremony, and Reception Information with Times of Cocktails, Dinner, and Dancing), or simply add them to the “message to seller” section of your checkout process. If you’re not that far yet in planning, I would be happy to simply print sample wording. This sample is to view design/colors in person - wording will not be finalized until full order is purchased.

- How long will it take to receive my sample invitation?
I create my samples within 2-3 days of purchase. I send them out regular mail so that you will see what your guests will open when they receive them! Total time, roughly 7-8 business days, give or take a few depending on the speed of the post office.

- How do I get a order quote?
Simply message me (click the "contact seller" button in the left-hand sidebar) with your design choice and final count and I will be happy to send you a customized quote!

- How quickly will I receive a response message?
Responding to your messages as quick as possible is very important to me, as I am here with you to help you through each phase of the ordering process - my job isn't compete until your designs are safely in your hands and ready to send to your guests! Since each order is lovingly created my only my two hands... I do my best to spend every other day in my office with clients, and the alternating days creating orders. During my busy season, I work with over 30+ brides/grooms a day, and it may be possible that I am spending more time creating my orders so my wedding couples have their orders in a timely fashion, but rest assured, I will return your message as soon as possible. Each and every client... question... and idea... is of great value to me!
