I love my work and have been fortunate enough to make custom party pieces for some extremely high profile people and events throughout the world. However, please keep in mind that these items are handcrafted and they are not perfect. They are delicate, they are unique and each piece will vary slightly.
I DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON MADE TO ORDER OR CUSTOM PIECES. However, please contact me if your piece if seriously damaged or flawed and i will replace the item.
If you have any questions about the products, please contact me so I can give you as much detail as posisble about the product. If you order an item, I would love if you could give me postive feedback and if you have a problem, please contact me right away so I can remedy it right away. Handcrafted items are in imperfect business but I want to try to make sure everyone is happy with the prodcuts they receive.

PACKAGING

The products I make are delicate and I've spent a great deal of time perfecting how they are packaged and shipped. The packaging carefully protects the products you are purchasing while keeping the cost as low as possible. However, depending on the product you are purchasing, there is some additional cost in shipping because of the additional weight in the packaging. It's worth it to make sure these delicate pieces arrive to you in great shape.


SHIPPING

The majority of the orders for my products will be custom in some capacity so based on the order, I will let you know when the product will ship. I do my best to ship out all orders as quickly as possible but I also want to make sure that every hand-crafted pieces is done right.

All orders will be mailed out of upstate New York. The preferred method of shipping is USPS.

INSURANCE

We insure every package shipped.

BILLING AND SHIPPING ADDRESS

if they're different I'll assume you want your order shipped to the Etsy address.

You can store alternate mailing addresses in your PayPal account so it's easy to ship to gift recipients and less confusing for the seller.

GIFTS

If you are purchasing an item as a gift, please let me know. I can include a gift note or special packaging. I typically send the invoice within each order and I can send a packing slip and omit the price.

USPS First Class International Package (unless otherwise noted). You can "upgrade" to Priority International by request.

I've shipped my work all over the world (and purchased from other Etsy shops far and wide) without mishap -- but please note international delivery times vary widely: I've had packages take less than a week and more than a month to get to the same country.

If your package has not arrived within 6 weeks of shipping, please let me know so I can file a Lost Package Report with the Postal Service and advise you of refund/replacement options. Please remember that per Etsy Policy, "Etsy does not hold sellers responsible for postal delays, failures, thefts, losses or customs problems. The buyer and seller are urged to file a postal claim in the event of a postal failure."

I'll enter the retail price and inventory each item as merchandise on the US Customs Form and include a receipt. The Recipient is responsible for any Customs Duty, Import VAT, tariffs, taxes or other fees imposed by Customs in the destination country.

IMPORTANT NOTES

These items are created with a variety of materials that are not necessarily healthy for children if ingested. I recommend my products for children over 5 only. Products are made with glitter, paints, small pieces and they are simply not made for a small child who could accidently lick or eat one of the small pieces of the products.

These items are made for adults although our banners could be great for a childs party or event.
