Your print will be professionally produced on 160gsm card and printed with a white border, allowing you to mount and frame in your own style.

The colours shown are an example - other colour choices are available. Simply include your preference with your order.

Available at A5, A4 and 10x8" sizing.

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING:
All prints are sent first class; with A4 and 10X8" prints being packaged inside clear cellophane bags, and sent in a strong cardboard envelope with "Please do not bend" printed clearly on the front to ensure your purchase arrives in perfect condition. A3 Prints are sent rolled in a strong postage tube to prevent damage.

Please note that tracking numbers are only made available when the tracked postage method is selected at the checkout.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
Due to excessive postage pricing and the risk of breakages, I do not send framed pictures outside the UK. I also cannot take responsibility for any tax, customs, duties or fees arising from posting to your country.

I do want to offer the best possible service so if you would like your picture sent to you as a digital file for you to print to a specific size, this can be arranged - choose DIGITAL DELIVERY when you order. You will also need to choose EVERYWHERE ELSE for your postage option.

You will receive a high res PDF along with a JPEG file which can be used across a number of different print options (eg, cushion, mug, printed picture, canvas etc)

I'm afraid, no. Once you have agreed to make a purchase and the payment has been processed, your item will be emailed to you immediately and cannot be refunded. Whether you decide to use the item or not, it is not physically possible to return it. I do my best to provide as much detail as possible, both in writing and with images, enabling you to make a decision to purchase.

I understand situations change & you may need to cancel. I ask for the same understanding as a small business owner:

- For personalised designs, you may cancel within 24 hours and a full refund will be given. After 24 hours, you will receive 50% of the purchase price as a refund as I will have committed time to creating your design.

- For non-personalised printed designs, you can cancel your order within 24 hours and a full refund will be given. However, once the item has been posted, it is not possible to cancel, return or exchange the item for another design.

- For digital downloads, once your payment has been processed, your item will be sent to you immediately. It is therefore not possible to process a refund.

This was a gift for my grandad and it came out absolutely amazing! He is a big lover of Newcastle Brown Ale and loved it with all his favourite family and things included. Michaela was extremely helpful in making sure my delivery was sent on time for his 80th birthday and was really lovely throughout the whole process.
