Returns and exchange details

You may return any items, damage free, within 7 days of receiving for a refund. You must pay return shipping. All other shipping fees will not be refunded. Please contact us before returning so we can assist you further.

Once the item is returned damage free, the refund will be issued.

All returns and cancellations will be charged a $1.00 restocking fee.

Shipping policies

We do our absolute best to ship within 7-10 days. Please let us know if you need faster shipping. Once packages are dropped off at the post office we are no longer in control of your package. We as sellers are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages caused by postal carriers. If you require insurance or signature confirmation please message us. For international purchasers, you as the buyer are responsible for any customs fees upon arrival to destination.

If orders are returned to us due to an improper address or if the shipping company claims it was undeliverable for any reason, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to ship back to you. If you would like your order refunded, you are responsible for all shipping costs and they cannot be refunded.

Domestic delivery usually takes 3-10 business days. Shipping time for international orders is different for each country but is estimated to be 2-10 weeks.


INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:

You are responsible for any customs tax, fees, or charges that might occur, you can contact your countries customs department prior to ordering to find out what these fees will be.
