Revealing one of my more useful butchery diagrams --- a pork butchery chart, with accurate labels and everything.

Print of my original vine-charcoal pig butchery diagram illustration.

This classy, art deco-ish pig was featured as Day 195 on MEAT SECTIONS, my 2010 daily art project: http://www.meatsections.com/2010/04/Day-195.html He was also featured on TV! (Foodography with Mo Rocca on The Cooking Channel). But don't worry; the fame hasn't gone to his head.

Print measures 8.5 x 11 inches, including a 1/2 inch white border on top/bottom and a 3/4 inch border left/right. This border creates an illusion of white matting, making actual matting unnecessary. Printed with archival pigment ink on archival velvet fine art paper. Very nice quality ... the charcoal image has a really nice depth and luster. Each print is signed by the artist.

Frame not included, but easy to find!

If you were so inclined, you could even pair him with the charcoal cow ( http://www.etsy.com/listing/62576222/charcoal-cow-butchery-diagram ), charcoal lamb ( http://www.etsy.com/listing/62162571/charcoal-lamb-butcher-diagram ), and charcoal chicken prints ( http://www.etsy.com/listing/73915690/charcoal-chicken-butchery-diagram ) for an awesome, yet instructive, way to show your meat love. Perhaps in your kitchen? Meat-a-ria?

Shipped flat in cello sleeve, in bend-proof fiberboard mailer, via USPS First Class.
