Chain is very nice & I'm so glad I paid the little bit extra to add this on to my evening bag that you made. I really like the option to use my purse both ways in the future.....either hands-free with the chain hanging on my arm, or simply carrying my purse, with the chain tucked inside. Thank you!

All sales are final. However, if the item has defective workmanship, it must be returned within three days in its original condition and packaging. I will then do my best to fix the problem and send the clutch back to you. If I can’t fix the problem I will then give you a refund (shipping costs are non-refundable).

Shipping policies
One single clutch or pouch purchased directly from the site (not a custom order) will be designed and ready to ship within 5 days.
For custom orders, please allow 2 – 8 weeks to complete and ship the order.
All shipping is via USPS Priority Mail. A tracking number will be provided to you the day that the order is shipped. The order will be shipped to the address provided by you in the invoice.
Convo me if you want to add insurance. I will not be responsible for lost packages after they leave my shop.
International. Any customs duties, taxes, fees, etc that are charged upon delivery are your responsibility and are not reflected in my shipping charges. All international orders are shipped via USPS first class international unless otherwise specified by the buyer. Please note that international packages do not ship via Paypal, so you will not receive the automated email. Your package will be hand addressed and posted by me. Please allow up to 30 days from shipping date to receive your order. Customs will sometimes hang on to orders causing delays. As delivery confirmation is not available for first class international shipping, I only can provide the customs form number.
