Your name will be HAND-LETTERED by Taylor at Simple & Sentimental. Taylor hand-writes the lettering used in the design, so you won’t find the design anywhere else! It’s truly unique to S&S.

Because each product we create has been custom made, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

Each tumbler is made of stainless steel and the design is made with 100% waterproof, outdoor, permanent vinyl. Wine tumblers must be hand-washed and not microwaved.

Vinyl colors may appear slightly different on your computer monitor or phone screen than they do in person because of brightness, monitor settings, etc. Please keep this in mind when choosing a color!

Shipping your item directly to a friend as a gift? Include a gift note for FREE! Just let Taylor know in the notes to seller box what the name of the recipient is and the short message you would like her to include.

Processing time is the time it takes from receiving your order to the time it is shipped, not including holidays, weekends, or the actual shipping time. Processing time does not start until ALL required information for your order is provided.

USPS Priority Mail Shipping- Tumblers are shipped in a box with a tracking number that will arrive 1-3 business days from the date shipped. Each tumbler is wrapped in bubble wrap and packed with peanuts to ensure a safe arrival

FAQs

1. Clean surface decal is being applied to.
2. Flip decal over on a flat surface, design side face down.
3. Remove the white paper backing at a 45 degree angle,
repeating step 2 as needed.
4. Apply the decal to the surface. Press down on the decal
in the center, working your way out to the edges
5. Rub over the decal thoroughly before removing the
transfer tape at a 45 degree angle.

-Do not apply decals when very hot or cold outside
-If applied to a cup, hand wash only
-Allow decal 72 hours to adhere to the item before use

-Hand wash only!
-Do not scrub or soak for long periods of time

If your item arrived broken or damaged due to shipping, please send us a message with a photo of the item and the box it came in within 48 hours of delivery!

If you have entered the incorrect shipping address at checkout, please message us and let us know ASAP! If you item has already shipped, we cannot change the address. If it is returned to us, we can ship it again but you will be asked to pay the cost of another shipping label.

This rarely happens, but because each item is handmade by people, we have human error sometimes! If your order has the incorrect color, incorrect spelling, etc, please contact us within 48 hours of the package being delivered and send a photo so we can send a new product or find another solution.

If you order is missing an item, let us know and we will check our cameras in our production facility to verify if anything was left out of the order.

If you forget to leave us information for your order (name, date, etc) please message it to us ASAP! We will message you when we notice it's missing and wait to do your order until we know. If the information missing is a color for the lettering, tumbler, etc, we will use the color in the first listing photo.

If your order has shipped and has been marked as delivered, but it not on your doorstep, below are some helpful tips on how to locate the package

-Check all side doors and your mailbox, they may have delivered it in an unusual place
-Wait a few days. Sometimes it gets marked as delivered, then actually gets delivered a few days later
-After the first options have been exhausted, visit your local post office. Give them the tracking number, and let them know what happened. Ask to get in touch with the person who delivers mail on your route, they can get the GPS coordinates and tell you (within 15 ft) where it was delivered
