This little creature is the Kodak Brownie Bullet. It was made between 1957 and 1964. It takes 127 film, which is no longer made, but can still be found online. The shutter and film advance do work, so you can use it!

It has a black bakelite body with gold toned metal faceplate. The face does show some scratches, which you can see in the second picture. The body also has wear to it but it doesn't take away from the cuteness factor of this sturdy little Napoleon.
The strap is still intact and it comes with its original box. The box is damaged and is missing a top flap.

Fantastic as a stocking stuffer!
