Referring to the picture of the different tulle colors (from left to right):

White: the whitest shade of white, or also known as stark white.

Diamond White: despite its name, it’s actually a soft white, off white, candlelight white, and natural white tone, and is not the brightest white shade. This is the 2nd most popular color. But in some cases, a designer’s dress might be labeled ivory, but it’s actually a diamond white veil that would work the best.

Light Ivory: the most popular shade. It a bit darker in shade than diamond white, but a lot lighter than ivory. Many ivory dress today are in this shade, unless you have a true ivory color dress.

Ivory: more of an antique ivory color or for a dress that’s true ivory. This is a very dark shade of yellow and not a good match for most ivory dresses.

Please note, all pictures on my site are sent in by brides wearing my creations and are not taking from other sites.

Returns and exchange details

There is no refund or exchange on purchases, unless it's the wrong or defective item(s) was shipped, and all exchanges must be shipped back within 3 business of receipt and in it's original condition. Wedding merchandise is fragile and easily soiled, so this is also to protect you as a buyer and to ensure that you are not getting anything that was previously rejected. So please read the item description and send me questions to make sure it's the item you want before placing your order.

I am a one person shop with another full time job, so I don't have too much time on my hands to work on orders. And the sheer size of the veil and how delicate the material is, and a single tiny hole will make it unsellable. And it would take alot of time to inspection for damages. Plus, my items are priced very low, so I am not making much profit and can't offer those types of services. I hope you can understand, but if you would like to purchase another item, I can offer you a discount toward the new purchase, please convo me.

Shipping policies

Orders are shipped via USPS, and a tracking number will be provided, except for international orders. Shipping for within the US is 2-5 days or 2-3 weeks for international orders. Please note, this is for shipping within the US only, and is in additional to production timeframe for each item. To learn about the production timeframe, please refer to the item listing for specific production timeframe.

FAQs

All veils (except for lace veils) are 108” wide and comes in a variety of lengths.

All veils are sewn onto a 3” metal wire comb.

All veils are raw cut and round bottom.
Please be advised that I do not offer refunds or exchange unless the items shipped was the wrong or defective. I do not re-sale anything I receive back in the mail because it’s just not worth the time and risk to inspect (especially on super long veils), so you can shop with confident that it’s brand new.
I am a one person shop with other obligations, and I don’t have the same capacity as other shops, so I greatly appreciate your patience. And for most of the year, production timeframe for veils would be 1-3 weeks depending on volume and capacity, but I do my best to keep it within 2 weeks. And during May to September, the production timeframe is about 3-4 weeks. For sash, the turnaround time is about 1 week. Jewelries can sometimes be shipped within a couple of days, but sometimes can take about a week if requires more work.

If you are int the US, please make sure you have a comfortable 4 weeks before your wedding before you place your order. For brides outside of US, please make sure you have 6 weeks.
Although I’ll try my best to recommend a color, but please keep in mind that colors always appear different in picture than in real life. In addition, lighting can also affect how a color looks.

And it’s ultimately your decision, so I do encouraged to order samples/swatch (https://www.etsy.com/listing/65452066/veil-material-swatch-sample?ref=shop_home_active_15 ). Especially since I don’t offer refunds or exchange for wrong color ordered.
White: start white

Diamond White: also known as off white, soft white, candlelight white. I have had brides with dress labeled as ivory, but really needed a diamond white veil because it’s more on the white side.

Light Ivory: a touch of cream and is my most popular color and works with most ivory dresses.

Ivory: has a touch of yellowish-ness to it and will only work for true ivory dresses.

Blush: a peach pink color

Oyster: grayish ivory
Due to packing needs and the size of veils, they will be folded down for shipping so there will be winkles. But you can simply let it hang in the closet and gravity will do the work; or hang it in the bathroom while taking a hot shower and the steam will do the trick faster (but this is recommended against if you also ordered the rhinestone comb); or use a steamer to get them out instantly. And winkles are easier to get out then creases, but they are not pressed for packing.
It will be the buyer's responsibility to confirm and pay for the custom regulation and taxes associated with purchases from a foreign vendor. So please check before placing your order as I won't be responsible for any and all custom or tariff payment.
