Additional policies

PERSONAL USE:
Make as many as you like, for yourself or for gifts, but not for financial gain.
**If you've already purchased a personal use pattern and want just the commercial license fee without buying the pattern again, please convo me for a special listing.**

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSES (MAKE AND SELL YOUR CREATIONS):
A commercial license pattern is for you if you are a home sewer or small business and want to make and sell your finished pieces in your online shop, brick and mortar store, or at craft fairs and bazaars. If you wish to mass produce from my patterns then this pattern is NOT for you. This license is for cottage industry sellers, not big businesses, nor for wholesale quantities.

If you have a few helpers to help you make or assemble the patterns, each person should purchase a pattern.

Please include credit ("Pattern by Erica Hite, www.ericahite.com") for the pattern on your hang tag and also on your online listing if you have one. For an online listing, include either my etsy shop link: http://www.etsy.com/ericahite or my website: http://www.ericahite.com. I really appreciate this extra step as I made these patterns with much love and care and I hope that you respect my sense of ownership for the pattern designs themselves. I still retain the copyright for the patterns.

The patterns cannot be resold or posted elsewhere on the internet or shared with anyone else. Please do not use my images or photos from my patterns or listings to promote your creations. Please create your own marketing materials.

Please do not alter the actual pattern and sell it or share it as your own.

SOCIAL MEDIA:
Yes, of course please post your creations on your blog, facebook, pinterest, etc., but I would much appreciate credit for the pattern ("Pattern by Erica Hite, www.ericahite.com or www.etsy.com/ericahite). If you can shoot me a convo as well, I'd love that and I can possibly pin or share your shop or blog post as well. =) **Also, if you share your site with me, I may direct interested customers who are looking for finished pieces, which I don't make (that's where you come in!).

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

**I hope all the above gobbledygook hasn't scared you away from trying my patterns! It's all for our protection (OK, more for my protection).**

--Thank you for buying my patterns and know that your purchase goes to the care and feeding of two lovely but rambunctious little boys.--
