We had a tight deadline, needing an unfinished tray to custom stain to match some other display items we use at special events, and they did a fantastic job of getting it to us quickly. It's beautifully made and we are so pleased with the quality.
Shipped quickly and was well packaged. Stain color is better than expected. It does seem like perhaps it got packaged too quickly after being stained/finished, or maybe the stain was too thick. The finish was slightly tacky to the touch with some rough patches also. Works fine for what I want it for, but not as quality for price to earn 5 stars.
This is a beautiful tray. It's very well made and the color is perfect. Thank you!
