We will only accept exchanges for Bitsy's Bikinis merchandise purchased directly through the www.etsy.com website. If you have purchased products from another vendor you must contact them with your return or exchange needs.

If you have purchased the items directly through the www.etsy.com website, then all items may be exchanged for any other equally priced item(s) available in our online shop provided you follow the instructions below.

Exchange Instructions:

1. Request an Merchandise Exchange (ME) Number within 14 Days from the date we shipped your items (21 Days for international orders). Send a message via Etsy requesting your ME Number and the ME Mailing Address. You must do this before sending us the item(s). Please include your name and order number when messaging the request.

2. We will reply to your message with the ME instructions.

3. Mail the items to us using the ME information. All products must be in the original condition with ALL tags and hygienic liners still attached. This includes the sewn in tag and any paper or plastic hang tag.

4. When we receive the items we will ship the exchange items. Remember to include notes on what items we should send you for your exchange. Include the size, color, fabric, and style number.

5. Items returned without an ME number or sent anywhere other than the ME Mailing Address will not be accepted or processed.

6. All customers are fully responsible for any and all shipping costs.

We do not accept returns for refunds.

How much is shipping?
Shipping charges depend on where you live in the world. Each order will show the available shipping options for your geo location.
We can offer Priority Express Shipping on continental U.S. orders, so that is shown as an option.

Once I place my order, how long will it take to receive my bikini(s)?
Our products are handmade and some order may take up to 7 business days to complete. Customers in the USA will normally receive their order within 4 to 5 business days from when the order is shipped. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays so orders placed on those days will ship on Monday.
International orders will typically take 14-21 business days to get to you from the date the order is shipped. If the package is delayed for customs clearance it can take up to 4 weeks to reach you. Some international shipments will experience customs clearance delays and we have no control over the customs clearance process.

Do you offer Priority or Express shipping?
We can offer Priority Mail and Priority Mail Express Shipping services and this is shown as an option for purchase during checkout.

Will there be Taxes and Customs Duties?
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and/or taxes upon arrival in the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Rates will vary from country to country. Most countries do not have import fees however, please check with your local customs office or proper authority for rates if you are concerned about possible fees.
