Description

A beautiful antique Victorian carved Whitby jet coiled snake bangle / cuff bracelet, formed with beautiful glowing black jet, softly faceted to form the body of the snake. With two lins of original old metal coil wire to the inside, this bracelet moulds to your wrist with a bit of gentle shaping and pressure. The snake head can be wrapped underneath a coil of the body for extra security. Its a one size fits all. The jet is fine quality with the magical glow that makes it so appealing, lightweight and dramatic. In fine condition, with a chip to the lower jaw of the snake's mouth. This is the side that sits against the wrist, so not immediately noticeable - as you can see from the pics. A fabulous statement piece, mourning, gothic or just plain old gorgeous, whichever you decide. Has four coils. Wonderful period piece.
