Michele is absolutely amazing! She is a great business owner who cares about her customers. This Christmas was a busy season for the post office and unfortunately my ornament was lost in the mail. But Michele was super communicative and stayed on top of the tracking and wanted to make sure I got what I ordered. When it never arrived, she sent me another one. I cannot thank her enough for being so great and working with me on a situation neither of us had control of. She is awesome and her work is stunning. I am obsessed with my ornament and I cannot wait to put it on my tree next year :)

I highly recommend this shop, they are fantastic! I ordered one of these for my husband for Valentine's Day & he loved it. :) He loves to make coffee concoctions, so I thought he'd enjoy this because he's always leaving stir spoons out on the counter. He actually enjoyed it even more than I thought he would! It's a simple item, but it definitely looks & feels quality-made. Plus, Michele is so kind and warm. She is THE example of perfect customer service. I will definitely be buying again from this shop!! :)
