HOW TO ORDER
1) Choose your table top size from the drop down menu.

2) Choose your finish color from the drop down menu. I am happy to custom mix a shade to work with your own furnishings, floors, woodwork etc... Please inquire if interested.

3) Our standard height is 30" tall, dining room table height. I am happy to make them any height you would like up to 36".

4) The shelf height can be varied. Please let us know if you would like something different than what is pictured.

5) I want your table to be the perfect fit for your home. Do not hesitate to contact me with any questions or special considerations before ordering.

Our hand-hewn reclaimed wood tables will add character to your living room or hallway. Choose a long one behind your sofa or a shorter entry size console table. You can feel the history, the effort, that went into making each of these planks for barns and log cabins ages ago. The perfect combination of modern style and organic subtle touch. A great way to display and serve in your home.

We have smoothed and flattened the top surface so you can set glasses on it. Each piece IS DIFFERENT and has its own story and history. Like all reclaimed, upcycled, repurposed and recycled products there are flaws and nicks and knotholes. It's not Ikea.

HEIGHT
The height of our tables can be varied. Our standard is 30", dining room table height. I am happy to make them any height you would like. There is an extra charge for tables taller than 36". Please inquire if interested.

LEGS
The bottom of all the pipe legs has a cap that will allow you to adjust individual leg length to accommodate uneven floors. The leg standard color is a finish called dark bronze. We also offer Black. Make a note when ordering if you would like one of these two

WOOD FINISHES
We use a very tough, low VOC, non toxic Enduro-Var that binds the wood fibers. I mix my own dyes to tint the wood. The standard finish depicted in the primary photo is called vintage maple, which plays beautifully with the natural variations of the wood. Other shades are also available and I am happy to custom mix a shade to work with your own furnishings, floors, woodwork etc... Please inquire if interested.

SHIPPING
Domestic Shipping for tables under 90" is now always $76. Please inquire about shipping longer tables.

The legs will ship unattached. Quick assembly with a phillips screwdriver. Adjustable feet will accommodate most floor unevenness.

HISTORY OF OUR WOOD
This lumber is trimmed from massive hand-hewn beams salvaged from old barns in Wisconsin and Iowa. Amish crews disassemble the barns and salvage as much as they can. Most of these barns were in use for over 100 years before being obsolesced by modern farming practices. They saw farming change from horse power to diesel power. As the culture changed so too do the buildings that support it. This wood was cut from old growth trees in the 19th century by hand saw and ax then shaped by hand with adzes and muscles. I try to present as much of that old had effort as I can. The wood in these boards must be as old as this country. With a magnifying glass I have counted more than 140 growth rings on some of these pieces.

Shipping policies

We almost always ship Fed Ex Domestically in the US, Out of the country each order is a different story. International shipping is a little trickier, PLEASE Click the "Ask a Question" box FOR A REAL SHIPPING QUOTE INTERNATIONALLY. If you are outside the continental US, email and we will work something out.

We do not have any accommodations for Non-US light sockets or plugs.

Shipping big stuff
If we can use one of the above carriers we will. However some things are just too big and need to go freight. In that case we will make a crate for it and ship with a freight company that is familiar with your area. We will need your phone number so they can call you to arrange the delivery. Unless you have a forklift handy, plan on having help to get it off the truck and in the house. It is the rare truck driver who will be able to help unload past his/her tailgate.

Or, come pick it up at the shop at 305 Railroad Ave, Viroqua, Wisconsin
