When will my order ship?

Our current turnaround time is always listed in the shop announcement (found at the top of our main store page) and on your receipt.

How do I use the size chart?

It is best to find a shirt that fits you well, lay it flat, measure, and compare to the size chart measurements. This will give a better idea than body measurements. Width measurements should be taken one inch below the armpit. Length measurements are taken from the top seam to the bottom of the garment. We do not give refunds or accept exchanges due to incorrect sizing, so please be careful to utilize the size chart.

How do I list my monogram?

Monograms will be stitched in the order the initials are given. Traditionally, a womens monogram is listed in the order of first, LAST, middle initials. For example, Mary Anne Smith would list her monogram as MSA. **One exception to this rule is a stacked monogram, where the first and middle initials are stacked smaller beside the larger last initial. **It is always safe to give a full name and allow us to arrange it into your monogram.

Do you ship outside of the US?

No, we do not ship outside of the US unless it is a military APO address.

Do you give discounts forpurchasing more than one shirt?

Yes and no. YES- When you purchase more than one shirt the shipping is combined to save you money (as long as they ship together to one address). We also offer FREE shipping for orders of $500 or more. This is a savings of $7.50 for the first item and $4.50 for each additional item. YES- We sometimes give slight discounts for group orders of 25 or more items. These orders must be the same shirt style, color, and thread colors and will have a slightly longer turnaround time. Contact us directly to inquire about group pricing if you are purchasing at least 25 items. No, there is not a discount for ordering less than 25 shirts together.

What brand of shirts do you use?

We use various brands of shirts, sweatshirts and baby items. In fact, at times we use different quarter zips (for example) if one if out of stock. However, they all have the same size chart and basic styling. You will see in our photos that the collar/zippers do differ. If you prefer one over the other, just let us know when placing the order, otherwise we may use any of our brands.

Due to the personalized nature of all of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if we have stitched your order in error (things like misspellings, incorrect titles, a wrong thread color, etc) or on the wrong color/style of clothing, we will of course send a replacement right out, free of charge. Just send us a convo that includes a photo of what you received along with the error in your order. We hate when mistakes happen on our end... but we are human. We will always correct our mistakes.

The sample shown in the first photo is a black quarter zip sweatshirt, with a white heart, hot pink butterfly tips, lime title, and white name. If color or font details are missing we will use what is shown in the main listing photo.

**Our current processing time is a 7-10 business day turnaround time from the day you order until the day we ship.
*Due to national supply shortages we sometimes have to change brands for our unisex 1/4 zip sweatshirts and full zip hoodies that are shown in photos based on current availability from our suppliers. They all have the same size chart, but the zippers/collars are slightly different. Our customers love them all. We do fill orders of multiple sweatshirts all in one matching brand.

Let's talk about SIZING!
It is impossible for us to suggest a size for you or a friend, but we want to detail below what our OPINION is about fit for each of the items available. These hold true for MOST of our customers, but there is always an occasional person who says this fits them differently than listed. The BEST way to ensure a proper fit when ordering an item online is to choose a similar sweatshirt or jacket from your own wardrobe that fits you well, lay it flat but not stretched, measure the item instead of your body, and compare to the size charts given in the listing photos.

1/4 zip sweatshirts:
These are unisex, so a comfy baggy fit. They are a great quality, soft, and a great looking zipper. Not your average lower end 1/4 zip.
Most of our customers stay true to their normal sizing for a comfy fit to throw over scrubs in a colder work place, or to layer for a cute weekend pullover. Our model is wearing the 1/4 zip. She is 5'6", usually wears a women's medium, and is wearing the unisex medium.

Sport Flex Jackets:
These are new and SOOO amazing! Lightweight- perfect for layering, SO soft, perfect sturdy pockets that are fully sewn in... a perfect combination of comfort and style! Mens are a normal mens cut, and ladies are nicely contoured, but not too tight.
The ladies cut has amazing details such as hidden thumb holes (use them only if you'd like to), a cute pleat detail on the back, and a bit of a high/low cut- perfect for scrubs, leggins, or skinny jeans. These are going to be your favorite go-to! True to size with some stretch for men and women with one exception... on ladies cut, the arms are fitted, not baggy. If you will be layering and have large arms, you *may* want to size up. If you are in between sizes, think about whether or not you normally wear this zipped or unzipped. Zipped, *possibly* use the larger of the two, and unzipped, possibly the smaller. Most women say these run true to size with arms that are more slender than baggy. They do have a stretch, so some women love the compression there (and showing off your muscles!)... some size up. :)

Track Jackets:
Great quality, medium weight. Slick "dri fit" type fabric on the outside, a thin layer of super soft microfleece on the inside. Professional looking but very comfy. These fit true to size for men and most say true to size for women. The ladies cut is a slender cut without much of a stretch, so if you like a ladies cut but want it roomier, you may want to size up one.

Full zip hooded sweatshirts:
These are mens cut in size and have a comfy baggy fit. Some ladies choose to size down if you do not want an oversized sweatshirt. Many choose their true to size for a comfy fit. Sweatshirt material.

Ladies Full Zip Cowl Neck Jacket:
We love these! Such a fun jacket. These have the cutest cowl neck on a full zip. Great details, lightweight (not lined), great quality. These have a slender fit with a bit of stretch. If you want a roomier fit, you may want to consider sizing up.
